Who we are

Claudia is a Founding Partner of KYMA TEAM. An expert in organisational transformation and operations, she brings more than twenty years of consulting experience combined with a number of leadership roles in industry.

Drawing on her technical background, with a degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the University of Southern California, Los Angeles, together with her Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification and an MBA from Bocconi University, she helps clients identify improvement opportunities and supports them throughout their transformation journey.

Curious by nature, she is constantly exploring new methodologies and innovative approaches to address her clients’ business challenges. A certified LEGO® Serious Play® facilitator and Agile Scrum Master, she believes that effective problem solving requires addressing both the technical and the human dimensions of change.

She enjoys working closely with people to simplify, reorganise and streamline day-to-day work, helping them overcome obstacles and make work more effective.

Outside her professional life, when she is not skiing in the mountains or pursuing her passion for sport—a legacy of her years as a professional athlete—you will most likely find her enjoying her buen retiro in Greece.

Roberto has built his career through extensive experience in multinational companies and management consulting. His professional journey brought him to Switzerland, where he lives and co-founded KYMA TEAM.

Clients value his business insight, pragmatic approach and strong focus on engaging people to make change happen. He is a certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt—a discipline he first encountered back in 1997—as well as a Scrum Master and a certified facilitator of LEGO® Serious Play® workshops. His most recent professional passion is Open Innovation.

Sailing and life at sea are his favourite pastimes. Whenever possible, he combines them with his enjoyment of sharing his passion by working as a sailing instructor or cruising with friends. Feel free to ask him for recommendations on his favourite islands in the Mediterranean or the Caribbean.

Giorgio is an international facilitator, consultant and trainer with over thirty years of professional experience and extensive cross-cultural exposure.

His early career as a submarine officer gave him the ability to lead and facilitate highly specialised, high-performing teams.

He has led the development of global Operational Excellence programmes, building extensive experience across both manufacturing and transactional environments.

He enjoys integrating different methodologies to create a tailored systemic approach for each specific objective, actively engaging people throughout the processes of discovery, decision-making and implementation. Clients appreciate his pragmatic style combined with strong methodological discipline. He is a certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, Scrum Master, and certified facilitator and designer of LEGO® Serious Play® workshops.

For the past few years, Giorgio has spent much of the year living aboard a sailing boat with his wife, moving to a new base every two or three years to fully experience the beauty of Italy.

Guido is a Senior Executive with more than 20 years of experience in strategy, marketing, omnichannel commercial excellence (retail and online), change management, and disruptive innovation. Throughout his career, he has successfully designed and implemented strategies and operating models to address complex business and organisational transformation challenges, requiring a deep understanding of both internal organisational needs and market dynamics to achieve scalability and financial sustainability.

At KYMA TEAM, Guido leverages his experience to help organisations transform their operating models, supporting strategy execution and the achievement of operational excellence through structured methodologies and a strong focus on teamwork. His main areas of expertise include the pharmaceutical industry (OTC, RX and MedTech) and FMCG (skincare, food supplements and food manufacturing). He also supports businesses in the integration of AI/AR, the design of online platforms and e-commerce solutions (UX), Business Development & Licensing initiatives, M&A projects, spin-offs and IPO execution.

Based in Switzerland and Singapore, Guido supports small and medium-sized EU-based companies in defining and implementing their expansion into the Asia-Pacific region, while also helping companies from Asia-Pacific enter the European market.

Outside work, Guido is a passionate sailor. Since the age of 22, he has devoted much of his free time to coaching sailors of all levels, from beginners to advanced, while also taking on organisational roles in the management of youth and adult sailing classes at both national and international level.

Valentina ha costruito il suo percorso professionale nella consulenza strategica, maturando 15 anni di esperienza a supporto di primari gruppi bancari e assicurativi in contesti complessi e in continua evoluzione.

Nel corso della sua carriera ha sviluppato un solido mix di competenze strategiche e operative, accompagnando i clienti lungo tutte le fasi dei programmi di trasformazione: dalla vision fino all’execution.

Ha lavorato su iniziative legate a modelli distributivi, customer experience, digitalizzazione e innovazione, coordinando team multidisciplinari.

Valentina è in KYMA TEAM da novembre 2025, dove ricopre il ruolo di Senior Manager e supporta le organizzazioni nell’identificare opportunità di crescita e iniziative concrete e ad alto impatto.

Apprezzata per il suo approccio pragmatico, abbina visione strategica e capacità esecutiva, contribuendo in modo tangibile alla creazione di valore per i clienti anche in contesti sfidanti.

Al di là della sua vita professionale, quando non è impegnata nel suo ruolo di mamma, ama la buona cucina e il buon vino, il nuoto e le passeggiate con i suoi compagni a quattro zampe.

Mattia has worked in management consulting since the very beginning of his professional career, which started in 2016 after graduating in Management.

Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, he has supported clients across a wide range of industries—including Financial Services, Food & Beverage, Pharma and Manufacturing—in implementing operational efficiency and operating model transformation initiatives, from process design and redesign to process digitalisation and organisational change management.

He combines a pragmatic and straightforward approach with a passion for working with processes and data, using them as a means to drive organisational change.

Outside work, Mattia is passionate about sport and spends his free time running, going to football matches and skiing.

Curious and methodical, Mara combines her passion for solving complex problems with both quantitative and qualitative methodological approaches, supported by a solid background in management consulting developed after earning her Master’s degree in Management Engineering. Initially specialising in Operational Resilience, with expertise in business continuity management, she later expanded her experience into management consulting.

As a Manager, Mara works on Operational Excellence projects, focusing on continuous improvement in the manufacturing sector, business innovation, and the digitalisation of both manufacturing and transactional processes.

Results-oriented and supported by a strong analytical background, reinforced by certifications such as Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and IPMA Certified Project Manager Associate, she adapts easily to multidisciplinary teams and international environments.

In her free time, Mara enjoys spending time immersed in nature (preferably with a good book) or dancing to the music that inspires her most.

Pietro is naturally curious and driven by continuous learning, qualities that led him to pursue a career in consulting soon after completing his Master’s degree in Innovation Management at Bocconi University and a study experience at Nanyang Technological University in Singapore.

At KYMA TEAM, he has progressively grown into the role of Senior Consultant, working on innovation, transformation and strategy execution projects for clients across a variety of industries. Throughout his experience, he has developed a strong focus on execution, contributing to the management of complex initiatives, stakeholder coordination and the definition of operating models, always with a pragmatic and results-oriented approach.

Alongside his consulting career, he also gained entrepreneurial experience as co-founder of an environmental start-up, which enabled him to develop initiative, the ability to manage complexity, and a practical mindset for turning ideas into concrete projects.

In his free time, he enjoys sports, music and outdoor activities.

Carlotta ha conseguito la Laurea Magistrale in Marketing Management presso l’Università Bocconi, arricchendo il proprio percorso accademico con un’esperienza internazionale ad Adelaide, in Australia.

Entrata in KYMA Team come Junior Consultant, oggi ricopre il ruolo di Consultant, contribuendo a progetti di miglioramento dei processi e process management, con un particolare focus sul settore pharma. Si occupa di analisi e ridisegno dei processi, combinando approccio analitico, attenzione al dettaglio e capacità di approfondimento per individuare soluzioni efficaci e sostenibili. Grazie al suo background in marketing, affianca inoltre il team in attività di comunicazione e marketing interno, portando uno sguardo trasversale e orientato al valore.

Crede nell’importanza di comprendere a fondo contesti e persone per costruire percorsi di miglioramento concreti e duraturi.

Nel tempo libero ama dedicarsi alla cucina e alle passeggiate con il suo cane.
