Gamified Training

Process Improvement Training through Gamification: Kburger©, get involved and experience processes firsthand with a structured improvement approach.
Through an interactive simulation, participants can tackle real challenges and apply improvement tools in a realistic context.
This simulation is conducted over multiple rounds, each representing a hypothetical working day at KBurger©.

The overall objective is to progressively enhance performance by applying a structured, customer-focused improvement approach (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean, ToC, etc).

During the simulation, performance data will be collected at each round, based on which any improvements from the previous round can be verified.

This practical approach not only facilitates the understanding of Lean Six Sigma principles but also encourages the adoption of improvement solutions to boost business performance.
